Swedish Massage is a modality which uses a lighter touch with flowing strokes and is utilized for its relaxing and calming effects.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a treatment modality which uses slower and deeper pressure to address chronic patterns and/or musculoskeletal issues.
